My name is Monica and I’m just your regular old iced coffee drinking, rainy day dreaming, Edgar Allan Poe reading, vinyl record hunting, sunset chasing, film photography taking, Halloween and all things spooky connoisseur residing in the beautiful mountains of western NC. I started this blog back in 2015 to hone my writing skills when I switched my major to English and decided I was going to write books for a living. Fast forward six years later and I’m sad to report I haven’t signed any book deals and we’re still on page one of that book I was planning on writing. Not to worry though, writing is still one of my greatest passions and I’ve picked up a few others along the way.
At the moment, I plan to use this blog as a creative outlet with hopes of expanding and growing creatively and personally in the near future. I hope that my posts make you smile, laugh, shed a tear or two but most of all I hope you can relate. Happy Writing!
